ATI and then the word Linux makes most experienced users shiver, shake and the fall cold to the ground in something that could best be described as some sort of spasms. That is at least the picture much of the media has drawn up about ATI and even its drivers doesn’t always work satisfactory, at least not with games, it is pretty obvious that ATI has become better and better at releasing updated drivers. The performance is still short, very short, of the one with Windows and there is still lots of work left until it has caught up with NVIDIA here.
