Wii was launched in North America a few weeks back and unlike Playstation 3 the supply was pretty good. Nintendo has now released information about how many consoles and games ithat were sold during the first period: a whopping 600,000 consoles during the first 8 days and 75% of these bought the game The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Nintendo is aiming for a total of 4 million consoles world wide before the end of this year. Last Saturday Wii was launched in Japan and the stores sold all of the 400,000 consoles. A million more will be released in Japan before the end of the year and these will probably be selling just as fast as the first ones.
