7800GT is suppose to be a slower and cheaper alternative to 7800GTX. The card will be launched later at this year’s QuakeCon and the expactations have been building ever since we first heard of the card. Exactly how well the card will perform is uncertain, but from what we’ve heard so far it looks to be a very good alternative as it will most likely outperform the last generation of cards, but cost about the same as they do.
