Playstation 3 20 GB was as we recently reported blessed with not just an HDMI port but also lower price in Japan. It was quite a significant cut at about $70, converted from Japanese Yen, but there is nothing that points to that this would apply to the rest of the world though as SCEA (Sony Computer Entertainment America) has said that the prices for PS3 will remain at $499 and $599. Since we in Europe will have to wait for another 4 months before any consoles arrive we could perhaps hope that the console(s) appear at a lower price, even though it would be hoping for much.
