Sony has made unusually many clumsy statement lately and the latest, but most likely not the last, comes from Sony Australia’s VP Michael Ephraim. He commented on the pricing of the next-gen video game consoles, but instead of pointing out that Sony’s own console offers a lot of value, like the rest has, he has instead attacked both Nintendo and Microsoft’s prices and says that they are charging too much for their consoles. He also claims that Nintendo doesn’t send along enough things and that you have to spend a lot more to make it really useful. At the same time it seems that none of the PS3 packages will have HD cables but only composite such.
