PirateBay is the world’s largest torrent tracker and it’s more common than not that they end up in a dispute with practically every company known to mankind as its users have a tendency uploading copyrighted material. Now it seems that PirateBay is working on a solution to this. It will simply make its own laws in its own country. PirateBay is therefore planning to buy Sealand, a small micronation outside the UK. The site BuySealand.com has therefore launched to gather money and discuss how Sealand will be run. Whether this will succeed and what RIAA, MPAA, etc. will do about this remains to be seen, but we at least have to admit this is a very creative solution.
