Nintendo didn’t launch Wii as some form of training device but the goal was to make the video game console as accessible as possible to as many as possible. But that hasn’t stopped reports about how people move a lot more from appearing. Mickey DeLorenzo has decided to take it all one step further by actually using Wii for exercise. He set up a schedule with 30 minutes of gaming each day while he kept the same diet and living as before. The result was a weight loss of 4 kilo (9 lbs.), 9 cm (3,5 inch) tighter waist and a BMI which went from 25,2 to 24. DeLorenzo has published a long and pretty deep entry in his blog at WiiNintendo.net where you can also find more information.
