Microsoft has with the launch of Windows Vista given a new and fresh platform for the PC market and if the operating system would gain a foothold soon it could seriously hurt Apple and its iMac family. According to MacScoop, Apple has no intention of just sitting around waiting for this to happen but has plans to update all of its Mac series at the end of June. There aren’t many details revealed but one of the new models is said to be a black iMac. The black theme will only be available with the 24″ model and perhaps the somewhat smaller 20″ model. This is just rumors, but the fact that Apple is working on new models is certainly not surprising.
