We’re still waiting anxiously for AMD/ATI’s R6xx series of graphics circuits and even if a full scale graphics card is to be preferred in the end, it’s always interesting to see the actual graphics circuit as well. At PCDVD they’ve published a picture where several graphics circuits from AMD/ATI reveal themselves, non-working for obvious reasons, but it shows the various generations of the Radeon family. R600 is despite its 80nm manufacturing process a real beast, while RV630 made with the fresh 65nm process is truly small. According to a user at VR-Zone’s forum, AMD is still having some problems with RV630 and a new revision will come soon.
