ECS has been present at CeBIT like the rest of the motherboard elite and among the products on display you could see the enthusiast board ECS KA3 MVP, but also a whole new board based on the AMD690 chipset; AMD690GM-M2. You’re certainly aware of that this chipset comes with the integrated ATI Radeon Express 1250 graphics circuit with it AVIVO and an integrated support for HDCP and HDMI. While for example Sapphire has chosen to make its board a part of its Pure Innovation series and ABIT chose the gamer angle, ECS is completely dedicated to making a HTPC board of the mATX format. The board is available in stores today costing about €70, which is a bit less than most other AMD 690 boards.
