Sony PlayStation 3 was available in two different flavors in Japan and USA; one with a 60GB harddrives and Wi-Fi and one with only a 20GB harddrive, at the launch. Rumors have been going around that the cheaper version would come to Europe in a while, but now it seems that Sony will discontinue this version completely. According to an anonymous source the cheaper version has not been selling very well and Sony is unable to motivate the big loss of each sold console. There is nothing that points to a compensating price cut of the 60GB version, despite pressure from the mother company.
