NVIDIA is planning to release new chipsets at the end of the year and these will target the budget and office segment of the market. nForce 630i will be the name of the faster of the IGP chipsets, which is a single-chip solution code-named MCP73PV. The integrated graphics circuit, GeForce 7050, sports DirectX 9, Shader Model 3.0 and both analog and digital outputs in the form of VGA, DVI and HDMI. The circuits are for Intel’s socket 775 platform and support 1333MHz bus and DDR2-800. The slower version will sport the GeForce 7025 chip, DDR2-667 (perhaps DDR2-800) and will be called nForce 610i (MCP73PS).
