Apple launched iPhone about two months ago. The price of the phone was $599 for the model with 8GB of internal storage, until earlier this week Apple slashed the price with $200, down to $399. This caused quite an outrage among the people who had already bought the phone at the much higher price. Steve Jobs and Apple have now published an open letter to the people who have sent in their complaints. In summary, Apple will offer all the people that bought an iPhone at the higher price $100 of store credit in the Apple Online Store or any of the Apple Retail Stores.
