A Thunderbird in crisis?

It seems that the move to move Thunderbird to a seperate company wasn’t all
good, as >two
core developers have decided to leave Mozilla. Both Scott McGregor and David
Bienvenu have announced that they will be leaving the Mozilla corporation, but
both will remain active contributors and important parts of the Thunderbird Mail
Corporation. It seems that Mozilla is having some trouble dedicating enough
money to the project, but we certainly don’t hope so. Thunderbird is currently
the most popular mail client among Linux users, and we really hope that
Thunderbird will remain in development, even though things are looking
darker and darker as time progresses.
