Sapphire Atomic Radeon HD 3870 X2 will be one of the first Radeon HD 3870 X2 cards with water cooling as stock cooling. Ironically, the first pictures of the water-cooled card have leaked and reveal a quite interesting solution. Sapphire has equipped the card with slim water block and connected it to an internal radiator with a built-in pump. It looks like the radiator can be installed in two or three 5.25″ slots. Sapphire is expected to launch its Atomic WaterCooled graphics card next week and we’re looking forward to seeing how much of a difference the new cooler makes, and what the price will be.
