DFI LANParty UT X48-T3R is based on the X48 chipset and will sport DFI’s most advanced BIOS yet. Like most X48 motherboard it uses the DDR3 memory standard, but for those who for some reason wants to stick with DDR2, there’s the DFI LANParty UT X48-T2R. It seems that the board is ready to launch right beside the sibling board on March 16. If performance is anything like X38-related motherboards, we would recommend going for the DDR3 version though.
Korean website coolenjoy has posted pictures of the upcoming DDR2 motherboard. It looks pretty much the same as DFI LANParty UT X48-T3R.
