Even if many appreciate a clean case that easily blends with the setting there are few who are not impressed by the case mods that surface now and then. These are often quite exceptional and often totally neglects the saying less is more. Battlestar Galactica is a case mod by Brian Carter, aka Boddaker, which is an excellent example of that. As the name reveals this a mod inspired by the TV series Battlestar Galactica and the starship it’s about.
The result is an incredibly detailed case mod that not only includes a working “Airlock”, LCD cluster and loads of other features completed with modded accessories, LCD monitor and keyboard.
At Bit-tech Brian has published a complete work log that contains many pictures and even a video that shows some of the more mechanical modifications. A very impressive build that may not suit every desk but it certainly deserves a lot of admiration and respect.
