Google Chrome hasn’t exactly conquered the browser market, at least not relative to the dominance of the search engine. But since the browser launched about 100 days ago, Google has registered more than 10 million active users worldwide. To those who have been using Chrome it is certainly not news that Google has been updating the browser frequently and now it is time for the fifteenth update, which is a major leap as Chrome has left the beta stage and is now considered a fully developed product.

That Chrome is no longer considered a beta browser means that Google has achieved its goals of performance and stability, but at the same time it is just a taste of what to come.

“We are working to add some common browser features such as form autofill and RSS support in the near future. We are also developing an extensions platform along with support for Mac and Linux.”

Specifically the support for extensions is something many have been asking for and it is one of Firefox’ absolutely greatest assets. Those of you want to to give Google Chrome a try or just download the latest version can turn to Google’s website.
