Memory manufacturer Patriot Memory has announced a new memory module for the mobile market and its Patriot Signature SODIMM module may be small, but the capacity is large. The modules are DDR2 and sport a capacity of 4GB, which is quite impressive considering the mere size of SODIMM modules. Patriot sells the module separately and in kits of 8GB. Modules of tis size are hard to find today, even for desktop PCs, making these even more interesting.
