Bing became the final name of Microsoft’s new search engine that will replace Live Search. It has officially announced the new service that takes a different approach to searching. Microsoft claims that it has developed Bing from the ground and up by watching how the users search today. Microsoft’s Decision Engine will make it easier to find exactly what you’re looking for, which is kind of the whole idea of a search engine, and present the results better.
First of all, Bing’s new left menu can group the search results and through a preview function you can easily see if the page really has what you’re looking for before you click the link.

With a powerful set of intuitive tools on top of a world class search service, Bing will help you make smarter, faster decisions. We included features that deliver the best results, presented in a more organized way to simplify key tasks and help you make important decisions faster.”
Bing will go live tomorrow and after a couple of days Live Search will be completely replaced by Microsoft’s new Bing search service. Already a couple of previews have appeared and they do show promise. Even if Bing will hardly replace Google it has managed to give searching a new angle, a portal of information as Wired calls it.
