ASUS has strong winds in its sails and after presenting the home made GeForce GTX 295, ASUS ROG Mars GTX 295, it has revealed more non-reference cards. Yesterday we say its ASUS EAH4890 Formula card and now it’s time for a NVIDIA to get the ASUS treatment. ASUS ROG Matrix GTX 285 is a part of the Matrix family, which is perhaps best known for their odd coolers.

ASUS ROG Matrix GTX 285 doesn’t disappoint there but comes with a whole new graphics cards cooler called Extreme Cooler. It has considerably more and bigger heatpipes that gives the cooler 12% more cooling capacity than NVIDIA’s reference cooler.

The graphics card also comes with Super Hybrid Engine that monitors the load of the card and makes it more stable when overclocking.

ASUS iTracker2 keeps an eye on the vital signs and also lets the user change memory timings or simply rests the graphics card BIOS. You will also be able to update the BIOS of the card with a simple push of a button. If you’ve found the optimal settings for clock frequencies and timings all you have to do is push a button to save it in the graphics card BIOS.

More information on the clock frequencies, price and availability will come shortly.
