Sparkle shows modular HTPC system

Sparkle has come up with a HTPC concept that arose our interest. The fact that CUTI n30 is based on NVIDIA’s renowned Ion platform, paired with an Intel Atom N330 processor, is one reason, but far from the biggest. It’s not the hardware that impress with Sparkle’s HTPC interpretation but the design. Sparkle has, although thanks to the hardware, managed to slim its CUTI n30 design and has used a module concept.

The computer is built around three separate modules that house different parts of the system. The lower module handles the storage and houses the harddrive. The mid module, the smallest, has the actual platform with NVIDIA’s GeForce 9400M IGP and Intel’s dual-core Atom processor and 4GB DDR2 RAM. The upper module with VFD display also contains a TV receiver.

Sparkle may launch additional modules for this sound system like computer that should blend well in living rooms.
