MSI is the first company to working on a motherboard using LucidLogix graphics bridge Hydra 200. MSI Big Bang Fuzion was said to appear in Q4 2009 by MSI, but according to a Lucid representative, Kimberly Stowe, the motherboard is not expected to reach the market until Q1 2010. This isn’t really that much of a surprise since MSI was most of all hoping to make Q4 for launch, but it’s the first time we have a concrete statement on the availability of the board.
We are hunting MSI for an official comment, but chances are that we won’t be able to run our AMD and NVIDIA graphics cards together until next year.
Well, there has certainly been quite a bit of confusion surrounding our relationship with partner MSI and why the product has been delayed until Q1 2010. So, I’d like to take this opportunity to clear that up.
