Apple took the mobile phone buyers by storm with the smartphone series iPhone. The current and third generation was launched in the middle of last year and we know hear whispers of the fourth incarnation. The Korean Times claims that Apple is planning a launch in April, which contradicts earlier stories of a launch in May.
Even if the story is unconfirmed, which is always the deal with Apple, and should be taken with a grain of salt iPhone 3GS have lost ground to the competition, and especially the Android segment where new superphones are appearing one by one now.
The rumors doesn’t say much about the specifications of the phone, but it looks like we are dealing with OLED display, replaceable battery and video chat support.
The information comes from phone operator KT, which Apple confirms it has spoken with, but not what they discussed.
