Phenom II X6 1045T looks to become the third retail hexa-core processor from AMD this year. According to new information the entry model will ship with 95W TDP and 2.7 GHz clock frequency in Q3.
The clock frequency will increase to 3.2 GHz at Turbo mode and just like the siblings of the Phenom II X6 family the processor has a total of 9MB cache and DDR3-1333 memory support.
AMD is said to be planning a launch in Q3 and even if we have already seen Phenom II X6 1035T circulating among OEMs this model has not reached retail yet.
AMD is considering broadening its assortment of hexa-core processors while waiting for the new processor architectures Bulldozer and Bobcat to appear next year.
