PQI has launched what it claims to be the smallest USB memory on the market with support for USB 3.0. PQI Intelligent Drive U819V weighs only 3.6 gram and measures 31.5 x 14.8 x 7.3 mm. The USB memory can hold up to 32GB data. PQI sells the new memory in four different capacities and lifetime warranty.
PQI Intelligent Drive U819V comes in a clean ivory white design with surface coating for a silvery impression. PQI points out that the new USB 3.0 interface offers up to 10 times better performance than the older USB 2.0, but it did not reveal any specific numbers for the record small memory. Price and availability were not revealed.
