This is the first time for a CPU cooler to be reviewed here at NordicHardware.com. The Chinese manufacturer Speeze has a cooler called Pantherstream meant for Pentium 4 processors, will it be able to compete with the big guys, or is it just one more in the jungle of CPU coolers?
