Have you heard of the good performance of the Nanotherm PCM+? Have you started looking for vendors? You might want to wait a bit with ordering it though. Modsynergy has apparently found that it is responsible for oxidization on the lacquer that is protecting the pure copper surface in certain heat sinks. As this can become a very serious issue, caution should be taken before using this thermal paste.
