Swiftec engineers probably haven’t had a rest for some time. Just a few days ago, they released their CPU heatsink, and today it’s time for their chipset heatsink. It’s built using the same technique as their CPU heatsinks; copper base with aluminium fins. It looks like a piece of their CPU heatsink, and looks very good coupled with one. Things only gets better as it’s very quiet; 18 dB while using the supplied fan. Swiftec has put its mind into it as usual; the heatsinks are available for both AMD and Intel platforms and also sports small rubber pads to protect the core on Intels’ chipsets. It also seems to work with the new fastening devices Intel uses, with brackets on the upper side of the mainboard. |
