Lately, a rumor that Microsoft has kicked nVidia from future DirectX development has begun spreading.
We’d like to seize the opportunity and clarify that this is a downright lie and the claimed source that websites around the net are quoting is simply a forum where a mythomaniac posts his lies.
Personally, I think it’s sad that website editors don’t care to double-check their sources before posting a piece of news like this on their frontpages. International site has starry-eyedly posted this information, of which some of them haven’t noticed it’s a rumor.
