Microsoft is being sued

A man from Guatemala has sued Microsoft for illegal use of his software. The man claims that in 1992 he tried to sell a solution for Excel to Microsoft but that MS turned him down to later implement the idea anyway and is using his idea illegally today. The man claims in the suit that the technology to transfer data between Excel and Access is his and that he is entitled to compensation.
