IWill ZMAXd2 – the world

IWILL ZMAXd2 seems to be IWILLs latest additin to the SFF-market and is the sequel to the impressive ZMAXdp that was the first SFF-system with support for two processors, AMD Opteron. Now IWILL is in the middle of making a sequel to this already impressive barebone and you might wonder what they possibly could improve. The answer is quite simple: support for dual-core Opterons and nViida SLI. I.e. an SFF-barebone with dual processor and dual graphic cards.

IWILL ZMAXd2 is more or less the definition of a “tiny package of power” and to make these powerhungry components run you need something extra. This is handled by a specially developed power supply from IWILL at 400W. How IWILL will cool this monster of a SFF-system remains to see, but so far this is looking quite impressive.
