Apple goes Intel!

We earlier reported on Apple wanted to ditch IBM and go for Intel, which was doubted by many but now it seems Cnet confirms this. And the change won’t affect just a single server station but everything from Mac mini to the high end-Macs. It might be worth pointing out that IBM’s and Apple’s relationship has been a bit frosty thus the fact that Apple is looking for another partner is not unexpected. But this might just be a big media thing to put pressure on IBM. We will probably know more tomorrow.
