R520 is ATi’s awaited graphic circuit that never seems to arrive. First of all they’ve had problems with the new manufacturing process, 90nm, that seems to leak way to much. It is starting to look better now however and it seems ATi is actually getting somewhere. It should be starting to mass produce the new circuit during the third quarter. When the production gets going the use of the 90nm process will be increased significantly from TSMC’s (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) factories where ATI’s next generation graphic circuit is being made. We sincerely hope there will be no more delays.
