Sony has been delaying its luanch of its portable gaming console PSP for quite a while now. Not the least because of not enough units since the consoles are more or less directly shipped from factory to the already opened markets in Japan and USA. September 1st, PSP will finally be released in Europe, but now it seems the console has been sold out even before the launch. In Great Britain there will be 150 000 units available and according to retailers it is going to be enough considering the huge demand. Many retailers has stopped taking pre-orders to have some consoles to seel during the day at least. Sony has without a doubt managed to make PSP a huge success it seems it knew what it was talking about when it decided to delay the launch. Sony epects to sell 1 million units before christmas.
