More patentfights for Apple

Apple seems to be rather bad at patenting its technoligies for its muci player iPod. Some time ago it was denied a patent as Microsoft already had patented the technology. Apple risked losing  huge license fees to Microsoft for this, however it doesn’t so according to patent lawyers. Now it is instead Creative who claims that it has a patent for navigation system for music that Apple uses in its iPods. Creative has so far not taken any legal actions, however that might change very soon.
