NGO ATI Optimized Driver v2.5.8

NGOHQ just released a new version of its optimized ATi-drivers and the latest version is NGO ATI Optimized Driver v2.5.8. Among others it has updated ATi Tray Tools and added a feature for changing the latencies for the PCI-bus. The latter is a great feature for those who are having problems with PCI-cards where the load on the PCI-bus causes stuttering or sound problems.
