GeForce 6100 is nVidia’s latest series of chipsets and the first since nForce 2 IGP that has an integrated graphic circuit. And then it is quite relative when we say “good performance” but at Anandtech they’ve published a short performance review on the low end version of nVidia’s new series of chipsets. The GeForce 6100-chipset has an integrated graphic circuit which works at 425MHz and espite the fact it only has two pixel pipelines the performance seems remarkably better than the current king of the hill, ATi RS480.
GeForce 6100 wins pretty much all tests over ATi’s circuit and then GeForce 6150, which works at 475MHz, should do much better. nVidia still knows how to make an integrated graphic circuit.
