nVidia’s new chipset-series GeForce 61×0 was officially launched a couple of days agoand we have been reporting about the first performance tests with the low end version GeForce 6100. Now some tests have shown up with the bigger brother GeForce 6150 which has a slightly higher clock and support for nVidia’s Pure Video technology. The latter is something they haven’t taken acloser look at so far but focused on the 3D-performance over at AMDZone. In short we’re looking at an article that compares 6150 with ATi Xpress 200 whcih shows that nVidia has reclaimed the throne, however without delivering enough performance to offer playable FPS with the latest games.
