Nokia goes 3G with E60, E61 and E70

Nokias E-series is the latest addition to the market by Finnish mobile manufacturer Nokia and here we are talking about smartphones similar to Sony Ericsson P990 we’ve reported about earlier. The three different models has completely different design where E60 more or less looks like any phone on the market. E61 looks more like a pocket PC and E70 uses an interesting folding system to bring out the keypad. All three phones supports WiFi and uses Symbian OS 9.1. E60 is optimized for various voice features while E61 is focusing on e-mailing.

E70 is with its interesting keypad good for sending messages and taking notes. The three phones all have very nice displays. Nokia E60 has a display with 352x416px resolutionand can display up to 16 million colors. All three phones is expected to arrive during the first quarter of 2006. Now we just have to wait and see if it performs as well as the specifications makes us to think they do.
