Firefox reaches 100 million downloads

Firefox has now according to its creator Mozilla Corporation been downloaded 100 million times. Very fitting as Firefox is celebrating its one year anniversery this month, as it is one year since Firefox v1.0 was released. Exactly how they count the downloads of Firefox we don’t know but 100 million downloads is still very impressive. Whether it will continue to grow remains to see. A lot of Firefox’ faith depend on the up and coming Firefox 1.5 that will arrive in a few months, about the same time as Internet Explorer 7 will arrive.
