Shuttle SD11G5 is one of Shuttle’s latest newcomers on the SFF-barebone market, and even though they’ve always aimed for silent systems, SD11G5 is something over the ordinary. To begin with, Shuttle has chosen to rely on the very power-efficient Pentium M-platform, which instantly gives an edge over many conventional SFF-systems. Thanks to low heat dissipation and efficient cooling design, the SD11G5 is only equipped with a single cooling-fan. At Silent PC Review they’ve had a closer look at Shuttle’s latest silent barebone, and they are trying to determine how the system performs against among others the Shuttle ST62K Zen, one of the most silent barebones out on the market.
