Apple gives in to the music industry

Apple has for long used the system “99 cent for all songs” which simply means that all songs costs the same as long as you haven’t bought entire albums. The record companies has earlier showed its dislike and thinks it makes too little on epecially the new hit singles and have been pressuring Apple to change the prices of the more popular songs. I.e. more popular songs will be more expensive to download. EMI Music has now announced that it has discussed the subject with VP Steve Jobs and that iTunes will stop its price policy the coming year. Popular songs will cost more than 99 cent while less popular songs will cost less.
