Small preview imageNordicHardware at DreamHack has become a pretty common thing by now. We have for long been working together with the world’s largest LAN and will continue to do so for several events. We will of course be there during DreamHack Winter 2005 which starts already on November 24, later this week. We will as usual handle the hardware support at DreamHack while at the same time arranging competitions and other nice events. During DreamHack Winter 2005 we will have a lot of new and interesting hardware which will not only be displayed, but also be used by visitors there.

One of the projects we’ve set up for DHW2005 is namely to build one of the most extreme gaming computers in the world based on the best hardware on the market which we’ve then tweaked further with some overclocking. What do you say about an Athlon 64 FX-57 overclocked way over 3.0GHz and dual GeForce 7800 GTX 512MB cards in SLI? All this connected to a high end 27″ LCD monitor will melt most enthusiasts’ hearts. The best is that we will make this system available for the visitors at DreamHack when we are not arranging competitions or anything similar, so if you want to know how a computer for $4500 behaves you should head over to us.

Except for this extreme gaming computer our own overclocking guru Robert “Crotale” Kihlberg will try to reach 6GHz with a Pentium 4 660 processor.

We will hold several fun competitions with loads of prices worth over $2000, so those about to visit the world’s largest LAN this week we recommend you to take a peek at our booth.

Unfortunately this means that the news reporting will come to a temporary halt, except from things happening at DreamHack, as most of the crew will be busy at the LAN.

Happy LANing!
