ASUS P5WDG2-WS with 975X chipset

ASUS P5WDG2-WS is one of the motherboards that have shown up using Intel’s 975X chipset. This chipset has received a lot of positive criticism and will support Intel’s new Socket 775 processors based on 65nm technology, but also today’s Socket 775 processors are on the list of compatible CPUs. ASUS gears its first 975X based motherboard towards enthusiasts and workstations which means loads of features and hopefully good stability and performance. At Anandtech they’ve tested the motherboard thoroughly, among others its overclocking potential with both 90nm and 65nm processors.
