Apple deals with Tiger leaker

Mac OS X Tiger leaked just as all (?) other operating systems before the official launch. The is of course something Apple definitely didn’t appreciate and it directly went to find the quilty. December last year it sued three men for posting Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger at BitTorrent sites and it has since then reached an agreement with two of them. Now it has reached an agreement with the third man as well, David Schwartzstein who was an active member of Apple developer group. Exactly what the agreement says is uncertain, but most likely Schwartzstein will be in deep, deep trouble if he ever tries anything like this again.
