iPod Shuffle has actually been quite absent in the news since Apple launched its iPod Nano. Even if iPod Nano isn’t a competitor to its sibling neither when it comes to features nor price many though that the sales of iPod Shuffle would go down. However there doesn’t seem to be lack of demand for iPod Shuffle, however there is a lack of the 1GB version of iPod Shuffle. Apparently Apple’s player will be sold out until January which means that everyone who wants a 1GB Shuffle in their Christmas stocking should look for something else. In the middle of January Apple is expected to launch new products at MacWorld Expo in San Francisco. Rumours say we will see a smaller iPod Shuffle and that would perhaps explain why Apple hasn’t re-stocked its 1GB iPod Shuffle. Source: Apple Insider
