Xbox 360 – Hexic HD has been cracked

Xbox 360 is the primary victim for game hackers all over the world at the moment. There is no doubt about that. The games are already available to download from illegal sites, but there is so far no way to play them. However now a great step towards making this possible has been taken as the code for one of the flash games that comes with the consoles harddrive has been cracked. They managed to extract files from the game, burn them on a disc and boot the console with it. Microsoft is hardly pleased with this and despite their hard work to hinder people from running modified or unwanted code with their console it seems all of their work will soon be a big waste.
