Porn company picks Blu-ray

Blu-ray has since earlier support from all the big movie companies while a number of them are exclusive. Those who remember or at least have heard about it afterwards there was one very decisive, although not very flattering, factor deciding which of VHS and Betamax that would become the industry standard: Porn. The adult movie industry then picked VHS simply because it was cheaper, which today would mean that they would pick HD DVD, but they have instead chosen to go with Blu-ray. However some hings still remains to be solved, e.g. Digital Playgrounds hasnot found anyone willing to print their DVDs since it is a very sensitive subject.
