7 years of video card history

The video card market has had a tremendous development the last couple of years and it all started about a decade ago when 3Dfx launched its Voodoo 1. There were cards even before Voodoo entered the market that made claims for 3D acceleration and over at Accelenation they’ve published a long article about 3D video card history and has now updated it with the current situation.
